Joel Wilkinson, M.Sc., R.Psych., PCC

President/Executive Coach & Psychologist

Joel Wilkinson is an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant. Throughout his career spanning over 25 years, Joel has held internal leadership and executive roles in several organizations in addition to providing consulting services to a wide range of organizations nationally and internationally.  He brings a wealth of experience and a broad understanding of key organizational success factors and managing the challenges of rapid change and growth.  Joel has worked with thousands of leaders, executives, national team athletes and other individuals - helping them achieve personal, career and business success.  He brings his background as a national team athlete, leader, coach and sport psychologist to his understanding of supporting the development of individual, team and organizational potential.  Joel’s approach is to fully understand the unique needs of each organization or individual, to create strong collaborative relationships, and to implement practical and effective solutions to create desired results.

Carolyn’s professional passion has always been life-long learning and personal and professional transformation. For over 25 years, Carolyn has focused her interest and energy in the workplace learning and leadership development space. During that time she has also honed her practical experience as an effective leader in a variety of senior leadership roles in both large and small organizations. Using an inquiry and strengths-based approach, Carolyn coaches her clients around increasing their competence and confidence in balancing the demands of task and people, enhancing communication and conflict resolution skills, building trust, illuminating blind spots, and leveraging strengths. She has worked with hundreds of leaders in many sectors; energy, construction, transportation, education, not-for-profit, and the public sector, and successfully challenges and supports them in becoming more effective leaders.

Carlo is a Certified and Accredited Executive Coach and licensed coaching skills trainer with over 25 years of business experience ranging from entrepreneurial startups to family businesses to community based organizations and large corporations.  His passion lies in developing the leaders of the future and helping to create organizational growth and sustainability through a balance of focus, structure, relationships, leadership and results. Carlo’s coaching is based on the foundational values of trust and respect with a focus on success.  He brings a blended approach to coaching that is supportive yet challenging and his style provokes new thought patterns in an environment of curiosity, action, and accountability for breakthrough results.

Lisa Dare, B.Sc., CPCC, PCC

Executive Coach

Lisa is a multi-faceted certified and accredited professional coach, management consultant and facilitator with expertise in leadership development, change management, organizational effectiveness, and strategic planning. Lisa’s career has spanned from health care as a clinical hospital pharmacist to pharmaceutical sales and into her current role of executive coach, consultant, and facilitator.  Throughout her various roles she has leveraged her unique skill set which brings highly developed interpersonal communication skills, the ability to integrate information into clear focused strategic plans and strong leadership qualities.  She focuses on the development of emerging leaders, the facilitation of strategic planning, and soft skill development including listening skills, asking impactful questions and providing meaningful feedback. Lisa’s consulting and coaching practice includes clients from numerous industries including oil and gas, financial services, not for profit organizations, HR recruiting, property management, educational institutions, provincial and municipal government where she has worked with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.

Avra is a Workplace Psychologist, Consultant, and Coach with over 15 years of experience providing a variety of professional services to both individuals and organizations. She is experienced in the area of leadership assessment, development planning, training and facilitation, career growth, and coaching. She takes the time to understand the unique needs of each organization and individual, and enjoys forming collaborative working relationships with her clients.  Her combined understanding of people, along with business needs and drivers, allows her to provide practical solutions at the individual, team, and organizational level. ​ Avra is known for her ability to listen, challenge, and motivate others towards action by identifying creative yet practical solutions to foster meaningful results.  She is also skilled in the administration and interpretation of several psychometric tools and 360 Degree Feedback Programs.

His primary role as a consultant has been to help clients improve their approach to sourcing, selecting, developing and engaging successful employees.

Virginia Wilkinson, BAJC, B.Sc., ABC

Consulting Associate - Specializing in Speaking, Communications & Media Relations

Virginia has nearly 30 years’ experience in leading corporate communications, stakeholder relations, and public relations initiatives for a range of public and private sector organizations. She is a strategic thinker and leader who has a solid background in the development of communications, public relations and stakeholder relations initiatives focused on achieving targeted outcomes. Virginia is a communications coach, who has worked with senior executives, senior leadership teams and front-line managers for nearly 15 years. She is also a former journalist who began her career in print and television, working in Saskatchewan and Alberta, and free-lancing stories to national news television programs. Her journalistic background enables her to bring a focus on audiences, messaging and storytelling to all of her roles. As a communications executive, Virginia is passionate about enabling organizations to achieve their targeted outcomes through strategy and an understanding of audiences and messaging.

The majority of Bob’s work career has been in senior financial roles that spanned companies ranging from small local to large multinationals.  He has global management and leadership experience in building effective teams to create and maintain sound business processes, support substantial revenue growth and geographical expansion, integrate acquisitions and manage parts of large innovative and leading edge projects. Bob’s integrity, adaptability, tenacity, strategic and analytical skills, coupled with communication and people skills have consistently been considered an integral part of the success of these initiatives.
